Spent my Christmas holidays at this lovely property and it was fantastic. the room was huge and had a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for me upon my arrival. the staff was friendly and gave a tour of the impressive historic building before going for a walk around the 10 hectares of the yard. the breakfast was fantastic with freshly squeezed orange juice, nice coffee, and local produce.
There was not one single thing to dislike about this entire experience.

Upon arrival at this beautiful property, we were instantly treated like valued guests. Our spacious 19th Century octagonal bedroom amazed us, and the complimentary bottle of Cremant de Jura was a delightful touch. We enjoyed exploring the ten hectares of lawns, and the proximity of a fantastic local restaurant allowed us to experience delicious dinners just next to the Syam castle. the breakfast served al fresco was a sumptuous affair, with freshly squeezed orange juice, delightful coffee, and a variety of local ham, cheeses, croissants.
The hotel lacked some modern amenities that could have enhanced the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a valued guest. My 19th Century bedroom was immense and greeted me with a bottle of Cremant de Jura. The hotel's historic building was a delight to explore, and the ten hectares of lawns provided a picturesque setting. I also enjoyed the convenience of being located just next to Syam castle. The hotel staff recommended a very good local restaurant for dinner, which was a memorable culinary experience. Additionally, the breakfast served al fresco was sumptuous, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee, local ham and cheeses, as well as croissants and preserves. this place truly felt like a piece of paradise.
Was all great.
